Section 26 - The Forsaken Cavern

The Forsaken Cavern is a room.

The printed name of the forsaken cavern is "The Forsaken Cavern".

A workbench is a supporter inside the forsaken cavern.

On the workbench are some kipple.

Printed name of some kipple is "strange and complicated looking things."

Understand "all manner", "manner", "strange", "complicated", "complicated looking", "things", "strange and complicated things" and "complicated looking things" as kipple.

Instead of asking wizard about "electrickery":

Say "'It's the future!' says the Wizard. [paragraph break]'It almost works like magic, but it follows knowable rules, I just haven't worked out what they all are yet."

Instead of examining kipple for the first time:

Say "On the workbench there is a tangled jumble of wires, some of which are wound around magnets, lumps of what appear to be copper and lead, coloured glass, gears, hubs, springs, levers, buttons and a whole load of other odd things that you don't even recognise.[paragraph break] One particular item seems to be emitting a soft white light, the Wizard sees your interest and says, [paragraph break] 'Ah that's something new I've been working on, a flameless torch!'[paragraph break] He hands the item to you.[paragraph break] 'It uses electrickery! My research on it got me thrown out of the Magic Guild, but I care not, I know the future when I see it! Why don't you borrow it for a while and test it out for me.' [paragraph break] You take it from him and see that it has a small green button on it. You press it and the light goes out.";

Move torch to the player.

Instead of blowing something:

Say "You blow on [regarding the noun] [them]. nothing happens."

Say "'I'm not sure about that.' says the Wizard."

The wizard is wearing a cape.

Description of pointed hat is "A conical pointed hat with no brim, it has a pattern of stars on it."
